What can I say, Ben was a great help. He never once got frustrated with me or put me aside. I had to restart my PC, and when I came back, I was connected to someone else, but when I asked for Ben, they transferred me right over. Ben made sure I good to go and explained everything that came with the package I bought.

i must say ethel was so patience with n=me as I'm new to this and helped me get up and running she never once got mad or anything and was very polite always calling me sir making me feel old (lol) i have to say that this level of customer service is far and beyond thank you for all your help ethel.
