Been a few days of trouble shooting. Devs came in an put together an update and its working for me now. Couldn't have done without Ben , Chris , Lovely , and Roy. They were excellent.

Been Troubleshooting with Ben and Chris for a few days now , although we haven't gotten the product to work as intended their customer service has been top tier. They've both been very resourceful and even sent a report directly to the Devs to see if they can come up the a solution once in for all while also offering compensation. Looking forward to see what the resolution of the issue soon.
