After upwards of 30 minutes of troubleshooting with ROSE I was pretty determined the setup wasn't going to work for me. We followed a few more steps and I am now good to go, very quick and efficient customer support from ROSE. Went from potentially not returning to definitely returning. Thanks again ROSE!
