I contacted support because I was getting the “Failed to map memory (0)” error with ARC Raiders Optimus. John and JP were patient and walked me through the troubleshooting steps one by one without making me repeat everything. They checked my Windows settings, startup apps, system information, and helped me apply the recommended fixes. I’m currently restarting and testing the software again, so I can’t confirm yet whether the issue is fully resolved, but the support experience itself has been helpful and professional.
