I had an issue with my loader, and Chris spent hours helping me try to get it fixed. He was quick to respond, very kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get it working in the end, but Chris offered me three different options, and all three were good solutions that wouldn’t make me feel like I was wasting my money. Even though the issue wasn’t resolved, I really appreciated the excellent customer service and the effort Chris put into helping me. It made a big difference, and I’m happy with the store. Great customer service like this is what makes me want to come back. Thank you, Chris!
