Rose was very patient with me. It took about ten minutes or so for us to figure out it was my own doing that caused my issues. While trying to launch my loader for COD BO7 I kept running into numerous issues, but while working with CHRIS as my support rep. it made it very easy. He helped me for over 2 hours and through multiple restart attempts to try and get it running. We are still working on resolving my issue with black screen for windows 11, but the customer service was amazing! -
