dAYZ HACK - caught and banned by Battleye

Caught by battle eye and banned after 24 hours. Wasn't even using aimbot just the software to locate items...pretty pathetic. Now ive has to issue a chargeback on my cc for the game. Useless. Undetected...right.

All our test accounts are safe and fine for last 2+ months of usage, can you please let me know what exact software did you use so I can initiate more detailed test to be sure all is still good? 
Last test was 4 days ago and if I have software name that you used I can put priority in testing it and seeing if anything is wrong and if so fix it asap ❤️
