Pending status can happen if transaction is decliend by your bank and is held for approval (in most cases it passes the confirmation in few hours) if not then you must call the bank and authorise transaction as your bank blocked the transaction mostly because it's international. If you paid with Crypto, please know we need to manually approve it and this tends to take around 12-24 hours.
