ghabzzz Posted November 16, 2025 Posted November 16, 2025 I reached out to their customer service to request an extension because my work shifts vary, and I didn’t want to purchase a key for a full week when I wouldn’t be able to use it consistently. I bought a 24-hour key, but unfortunately the program went under maintenance during that time. I explained my situation, and they were kind enough to extend my key without any hassle. Harv has been especially helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I’m truly grateful for his assistance and excellent customer service. Highly recommended! 1
