I asked on Live chat and Chris tried to help me, we go through everything (settings, drivers, etc .. ). unfortunately we didnt solve the problem even when we did everything correctly. He was very helpfull and kind. I'll come back in near future for new order and hopefully it'll work :)
SnowBall Posted April 14 Posted April 14 I'm sorry we weren't able to make the software work for you. It's a rare occasion that the software is not compatible with someone's specific hardware. If we've completed all troubleshooting and are still unable to fix the issue, we are more than happy to offer a free swap to another project or a full refund to protect you as our customer. ❤️
