Been using for months and NO Ban except when I used COD Coldwar Supreme prematurely when game just came out and was banned. However, on chat support they partially took blame since status page said WORKING but it was partially my fault for being to excited to play with the hacks and I should have waited a bit. This won my respect when they accepted some responsibility.  Just to warn people if there is a Patch update to game probably wait until hack is updated which is not long at all. They are super quick to update. Yesterday there was a new update with new map and guns to Warzone so I waited until status page said updating. Next day hack is completely working. These guys do an amazing job and I believe they are experts and truly first priority is safety of their customers. One thing I hope for is record and stream not showing hacks. Hope they can implement this at some point. Customer for life.
