So let's start off by saying the coz hack worked pretty well. It went through a few updates and changes, but it still performed as it was described. 

With the esp you could see players, bots, and player scavs, loot items, meds. Earlier forms of the esp made it a little easier to locate things such as ammo and medical supplies. Somethings like the a1 medkit are just called medkit, along with other discrepancies. 

The Aimbot, did the job, just not too well. Yoi could easily be very accurate on a non moving target. But even if they were shifting about some 50 yards the sensitivity of the aimbot could not keep up with their movements. But nonetheless it worked best killing scavs and bosses. 

A few improvements I would say would be something to determine if the bot you were looking at was just a normal scav or a scav boss. And maybe a "no key needed" function. Otherwise I was very happy with my purchase. Since the cheat has been down for while, then it came back up but only lasting 2 days. Wait until bsg or battleye screws up, only then will the cheat be worth buying.
