I was on the fence about using this service a long time. I like to play with my younger brother who lives in a different state, it helps us stay in touch. I have since moved away and started my career. We have played warzone since the release and both of us were slowly not having fun anymore. The lobbies were getting so sweaty that we couldn't even enjoy ourselves. I don't have time to play all day to get to the level it takes to be completive. This service helped me level the playing field. Its awesome! Frost has really good video's explaining everything. I could see the process being a little complicated to someone without the videos, but I was able to do it without a heavy computer background. If you are on the fence, I would say try it, Frost did a fantastic job. I will have a crash randomly while playing, but I read on here that his staff is working on fixing that. 1

We will do all we can to fix any and all issue for you guys and to help you have fun at any game you play...gaming should be fun at all time not frustrating ?
