Unfortunate ban

Loved using the software, made the game a hell of a lot of fun. Unfortunately I got the exclusive (paid for the Leviathan with HWID spoof) - the admin helping with the setup said it was down temporarily and offered to set me up with Exclusive to see how it would perform on my system. Ended up running with it - he comped me a few additional days, guy was honestly the best customer support i've had anywhere for anything. Really a great experience from that aspect. Usually only used ESP - tried out the 'no recoil' feature and got a perm ban on my Warzone account with 10k kills. Checked the status page on the site, said Exclusive was working properly, scrolled down and saw the 'no recoil' feature was being looked into.  Now I can't play the game - I've made several accounts but they're being shadowbanned instantly. Even with a spoofer. Honestly the most fun 2 weeks I had playing the game just a real kick in the butt to not be able to play the game at all now. Thanks lads
