Mel has helped me and very patient with me trying to get my cheat val to work unfortunately, we couldn't figure it out and offered me other options then i ended up trying to use another product. Staff is really nice and patient 5/5 -

Mel has helped me so many times because, as someone who has ADHD, it's often typical for irritation to kick in when the medication wears off, and the last thing someone wants is a chat messing up, which is obviously on my end. He has been patient every time and always walks me through it. Awesome guy. -

I was having trouble getting my tool to work but was quickly and successfully helped by Roy on the matter. He was quick to respond and even quicker with a solution. I will be continuing to stick with Battlelog for the future... Not only because of the amazing services but for the excellent customer service team. -

I had a problem where I couldn’t play Call of Duty. I used the spoofer and the cheats, but it wouldn’t let me connect to a match. I was able to get in contact with Ethel through the chat, and with a lot of patience, he guided me step by step and helped me. Now I can play again. Thank you very much, Ethel. The service is 10 out of 10. -

Chris came through for real. I put in a support ticket for a product change, and he got everything handled quick with no runaround. He kept it solid, answered what I needed, and made sure everything was straight before we got off. Definitely appreciate the help if I ever need support again, I hope I get Chris. -
