We always look to assure top quality and support here at Battlelog.co and we love to hear from our customers what they think and how we can fix things that might not be 100% ❤️ For game update, we got a bit confused between communication with support and developer team as there ware 2 updates on the same day and we do apologies for that. If you feel you have not been compensated for your lost time we always encourage customers to come back and freely state their opination around the issue. Ofc we ask customer to be polite as we are all humans and we do make mistakes, but I do ask you to come to support and state that you feel time was not compensated for you, we can always check your key and time record on it and if that was the case it will make us very happy to assist you, add your lost time and add even some extra time for your trouble because after all we are here to hep and support you ❤️

    It is possible that it was human error sir and confusion around the price, we only ask for upgrade in case product swapped to is of larger $ value then currently owned ❤️ Please come to our live chat for us to assist you with swap, we will even reduce $ owned by 5$ due to you spending more time then needed with us ❤️
  3. Thank you sir for your detailed feedback. I'm truly sorry for software not working and that you feel some steps are extreme in order to make certain project work. In some way I understand your point, unfortunately we do need this steps in order to make software work in safe state. troubleshooting steps are there to make sure all steps are followed 100% and make sure it is not user error. Just to show you reference that product indeed works from our latest testing as well: https://prnt.sc/AeZqzIKjIOCS It would indeed indicate that issue is on setup stage from your side, and if we pushed forward with that troubleshooting we would for sure be able to find the issue and fix it for you ❤️ When it comes to ads and so on, this is something we for sure do not do, instead this happens when you install free software, however this is optional so you could have chose not to receive ads on installed apps, unfortunately you might have been in the rush so you agreed to their ads as part of installation. I thank you again for your time in putting this together and I'm truly sorry for not being able to get it sorted. If you come to chat support I will be happy to issue new free 24h key for you to give it a shot 1 more time, only at cost of your time and ours to try and support you getting the software to work 1 more time ❤️

  7. All our test accounts are safe and fine for last 2+ months of usage, can you please let me know what exact software did you use so I can initiate more detailed test to be sure all is still good? Last test was 4 days ago and if I have software name that you used I can put priority in testing it and seeing if anything is wrong and if so fix it asap ❤️

I will go and have a conversation with our team and make sure all your concerns are addressed and fixed in shortest period of time. We will also look to integrate system where if game crashes you can just start it again without restart and injecting again to save your time ❤️

I'm here to help ease the situation, if you wish I can upgrade you to DayZ Maxim to see if that solves your dissatisfaction and if all works perfect for you then great if not I will push feedback to developers to see what can we do in your case to sort this issue out, and if we are still unsuccessful in resoling your issue and you are simply not happy with our product then we will offer to issue full refund and apologies for your lost time in the process ❤️ We are always here to help, and in perfect world all would work great, but we know sometimes that's not the case but that's why we are online 24/7 to be here to guide and help you, always! ❤️

    Refund Policy

    System changes are very basic and once done and understood take less then 11 minutes (for me personally) to adjust on new windows system. If customers struggle with technical knowledge to do this changes we offer as well personal setup in that case to make it easier for customers who are new to all this. When it comes to refund we offer it generously, all we ask if to fill issue report just for us to confirm issue is on software side with compatibility with your system, once we do so we are happy to proceed with refund. Average time customer is on chat is around 23 minutes, meaning that 100% in that time frame we will ether find the issue and fix it or issue refund / swap for you at no cost ❤️

  18. Glad you love it, for me on single shooters like Mcree or Widow I just use trigger bot, when on solder, tracer and so on I use normal aimbot. I find it nice to use training ground as good starting point to play around with my settings and then go in real match ❤️
