I had an issue with one of the cheats, I went to the chat support and the person that helped me was Mel. Honestly Over the top support, did not hesitate once to show their help and guidance and kept ensuring everything required was done. -

I would like to give special recognition to Rose for her outstanding support. She helped me resolve a fairly complicated issue and, from the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. Rose dedicated a tremendous amount of time and effort to finding a solution and never gave up or rushed to close the case. On top of her exceptional customer service, she demonstrated an outstanding level of knowledge and mastery of the tools, along with truly exceptional performance. Rose was very patient with me. It took about ten minutes or so for us to figure out it was my own doing that caused my issues. Read the instructions carefully as I did not and caused problems for myself. But if you are like me thankfully Rose is around to get you on the right track. Thanks Rose I appreciate your help. -

While trying to launch my loader for COD BO7 I kept running into numerous issues, but while working with CHRIS as my support rep. it made it very easy. He helped me for over 2 hours and through multiple restart attempts to try and get it running. We are still working on resolving my issue with black screen for windows 11, but the customer service was amazing! -
Roy helped me so much he's amazing if you ever need support ask for roy he is the man!!! He helped me with absolutely everything! -

I would like to give a huge mahalo to Bradda Chris for taking the time to help me fix the problems I was having today. We spent a few hours going over everything, troubleshooting the issues, and he was able to get everything working properly. Chris was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Battlelog should definitely give this bradda a bonus for the great support and dedication! Ethel help me fiqure out how to fix my menu loading error in a very short while and stood with me every step of the way i would give it a 15 out of 10 -
I want to thank Ethel from the support team for the amazing help. The explanation was simple, direct, and very fast, and the response time was quick. -
